The room was just so basic. I mean, the mirror was in such an awkward position, how hard is it to fix? Not to mention the walls were paper thin, I could hear everything. Oh, and when I asked for a complimentary drink, you can guess how that went. Just disappointing.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was lovely and ideal right by the lake as well as many restaurants and cafes, the town center and the Castle at the Osteria at Porto Via Vecchia-fantastic food and service. Stayed in a nice size double room with a view.

The hotel was super clean and had amazin views of the lake. The staff were really nice and always helpful. Breakfast was decent, not too many choices but still good. Pool area was beautifull, perfect for chillin. We loved our balcony room, it was great.
The air conditioning coulda been a bit better, sometimes it got hot in the room. There was a bit of noise from the road below which could be annoying.

great access to parks, landmarks, and fine lake views
The walk from the hotel to the lakeside park was easy and enjoyable, taking me past beautiful scenery and landmarks like the Scaliger Castle, just a short stroll of less than 1 km away. The nearby Telepherique du Monte Baldo also provided fantastic views and adventures.

The walk to the car park is a challenge, especially with luggage going uphill!!! A room fridge would improve convenience, who doesn't want a cold drink at hand? Noise from early cleaners can disturb your sleep!!!

The pool area is beautiful with fine views. My room was spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony overlooking the lake. Breakfast offered plenty of choices and was quite enjoyable. The underground car park was convenient. A lovely stay!

Chilling in Malcesine 🌅
The views are fine from the pool, lekker brekkie with fresh fruits and the staff are super friendly, always keen to help. The location's a winner, just a short stroll to town with those beautiful lake vibes!
A bit of noise from the road below, but it didn't really spoil the trip for us.

Couples will love this place
We had a room with a balcony overlooking the lake, it was perfect for sipping our morning coffee. The staff? They treated us like family, helping us with anything we needed, even packed lunches when we had an early flight.
Not exactly cheap, but worth it for the quality we got.
